Clinical Research Coordinator 2

About the role

The University of Miami/UHealth department of SCCC seeks a full‑time Clinical Research Coordinator 2 to support mid‑level clinical research studies in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating specific clinical research studies from initiation to close‑out.
• Perform study procedures, collect and process data and specimens, maintain study binders, and distribute study drug materials as delegated.
• Monitor and report adverse events, protocol deviations, and progress reports; support protocol amendments and study orientation.
• Facilitate participant recruitment, retention, and screening for eligibility while ensuring cultural competency and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Commitment to university core values and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
