Clinical Research Associate Manager – Neurology (Remote)

About the role

The Clinical Research Associate Manager – Neurology will lead a team of 6‑14 CRAs to ensure high‑quality monitoring of clinical trials, adhering to local regulations, company SOPs and ICH GCP. This position reports to the Clinical Research Director or Head of Site Management and Monitoring and works closely with country‑level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate work, develop staff, conduct performance appraisals and manage low‑performance situations.
• Provide capacity planning input, forecast CRA needs and allocate resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with CRAs, PLMs and other functions to ensure consistent protocol implementation across the country.
• Resolve site or CRA operational issues, attend investigator meetings and interface with Global Clinical Trial Organization partners.
• Manage CRA career development, training, mentoring and compliance with corporate policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research and at least 3 years monitoring clinical trials as a CRA.
• Experience leading teams or line‑management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluent in the local language and business‑proficient in English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and Good Documentation Practices.
• Proficiency with core trial management systems and tools.
• Excellent people‑management, project‑management and organizational skills.
