Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator – Specialty & Ambulatory Care

About the role

Clearway Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator to lead and enhance clinical services across ambulatory and specialty pharmacy sites. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Programs, you will develop, implement, and measure evidence‑based programs that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and continuously improve clinical pharmacy services at assigned client sites.
• Establish clinical standards, protocols, and quality metrics for specialty and clinical pharmacy practice.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance oversight for clinical staff.
• Lead medication therapy management programs and ensure compliance with accreditation, payer, and manufacturer requirements.
• Conduct clinical outcomes research and generate data on program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with site leaders to monitor, report, and act on clinical metrics and quarterly data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy preferred).
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, including precepting.
• Experience as a pharmacy preceptor is required.
• Preferred: ASHP‑accredited residency (PGY‑1 or PGY‑2), experience as a clinical coordinator or supervisor in specialty/ambulatory programs, and multi‑state licensure.
