About the role

Join a dedicated healthcare team in Alexandria, Louisiana as a Clinical Pharmacist. You will optimize patient medication therapies while enjoying a stable full‑time schedule on a 4‑day, 10‑hour workweek.

Key responsibilities

• Fill drug orders, monitor patient drug therapies, and provide accurate drug information.
• Deliver pharmacy services with compassion, excellence, and efficiency.
• Optimize medication regimens, perform therapeutic monitoring, and ensure safe, effective drug therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient outcomes.
• Provide clinical consultations and support leadership competencies in a team‑oriented setting.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS Pharmacy degree.
• Active Louisiana pharmacy licensure (must be obtained within 60 days of start).
• BLS or ACLS certification.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to patient safety.
