Clinical Operations Manager

About the role

Mindoula Health’s CareMind division seeks a Clinical Operations Manager to lead and scale its inpatient practice. This remote, full‑time position supports clinicians, drives operational excellence, and partners with cross‑functional teams to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and scheduling functions for the growing inpatient practice.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to initiate new hire requests, draft employment exhibits, and manage credentialing paperwork.
• Develop and maintain MD and APP staff schedules, ensuring release at least 90 days in advance and accurate payroll processing.
• Lead onboarding, training, and continuous coaching for providers across clinical sites.
• Manage provider PTO, FPPE/OPPE processes, and performance against practice outcome measures.
• Coordinate program rollouts, monitor quality metrics, and draft operational policies to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of combined inpatient healthcare administrative and operational experience.
• Experience with project management, P&L responsibility, and building new business units.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Expertise with Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Ability to create project plans, financial models, and presentations.
• Experience working with healthcare data and outcomes.
