About the role
Mercor is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to work remotely on a contract basis, helping an AI research lab develop high‑quality nursing content. You will use your clinical expertise to design question sets that inform AI models.
Key responsibilities
- Create and refine questions related to the Registered Nurse profession using your professional experience.
- Collaborate with a leading AI company to improve project outcomes.
- Maintain high content quality by applying nursing domain knowledge.
- Work independently and asynchronously, meeting project deadlines.
- Use a desktop or laptop computer to complete all tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of full‑time experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
