Clinical Manager – Skilled Nursing (RN)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead its adult home‑care team in Philadelphia County. The Clinical Manager will combine clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to deliver exceptional home care.
• Visit adult clients across Philadelphia County and conduct clinical assessments.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support field nurses, including orientation and onboarding.
• Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing education for new and tenured nurses.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.

Required profile

• Active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience, with medical‑surgical background.
• Home‑care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout Philadelphia County.
