About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical RN Nurse Manager for its Asheville Adult Skilled Nursing & Pediatric office. The role involves leading nursing staff, ensuring high‑quality patient care, and supporting caregivers in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate nursing staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Visit clients and conduct assessments across Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Henderson and surrounding counties.
• Develop care plans and oversee their execution.
• Supervise field nursing staff and facilitate new‑hire orientation.
• Participate in training new nurses and delivering in‑service education for field staff.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of RN experience.
• Experience or interest in tracheostomy/ventilator care.
• Supervisory experience.
