About the role

BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 home care nursing for clients across North Carolina. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in patients' lives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care to clients in their homes on a 1:1 basis.
• Follow assigned shift schedules, which may include daytime, overnight, 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts.
• Utilize electronic charting through Statewise to document care accurately.
• Collaborate with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship teams.

Required profile

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic charting systems (Statewise).
