Clinical Manager (RN) – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and support its home health teams in Williston and Rutland, Vermont. The Clinical Manager will combine hands‑on clinical work with leadership to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care for adult clients in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, mentor, and supervise field nursing staff while fostering a collaborative, patient‑focused culture.
• Conduct client visits and nursing assessments across the service area and develop individualized plans of care.
• Monitor implementation of care plans, ensure compliance with clinical standards, and promote continuous quality improvement.
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation, ongoing training, and professional development for nursing staff.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Home health care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary care team.

What we offer

• Base salary $85,000–$90,000 annually, plus quarterly incentive bonuses up to $3,400.
