Clinical Manager – Hospice (RN)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead its hospice team in Harrisburg, PA. As Clinical Manager, you will combine clinical expertise with leadership to ensure compassionate, high‑quality end‑of‑life care for adult and geriatric clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses and field clinicians to deliver exceptional hospice care.
• Conduct supervisory and assessment visits with clients throughout Harrisburg and surrounding areas.
• Supervise, coach, and support a team of nurses and other field clinicians.
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education for clinical staff.
• Coordinate and deliver in‑services and educational programs for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to clinicians, clients, and families.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team and office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with prior hospice experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for compassionate, patient‑centered end‑of‑life care.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area.
