Clinical Faculty – Diagnostic Radiology (Musculoskeletal)

About the role

The Department of Radiology at the University of Miami Health System is seeking a fellowship‑trained radiologist to join its Musculoskeletal Imaging Division as a full‑time clinical faculty member. The position is open at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level on the clinical educator track.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality diagnostic imaging services for musculoskeletal cases across multiple UHealth facilities, including Jackson Memorial Hospital and University of Miami Hospitals.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in musculoskeletal radiology.
• Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with research teams and contribute to clinical trials when applicable.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Completed fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical education and academic medicine.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Expertise in musculoskeletal imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X‑ray, ultrasound).
• Proficiency in interpreting complex musculoskeletal cases.
• Experience teaching radiology trainees.
