Clinical Exercise Physiologist – Phase III (Remote)

About the role

Carda Health is seeking a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to support patients in its virtual Phase III cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation program. You will work remotely, delivering care, monitoring vitals, and helping patients maintain progress after completing Phase II.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate prescriptions and treat patients according to clinical protocols.
• Manage a caseload of Phase III patients, driving adherence and satisfaction.
• Respond to alerts and support remote patient monitoring, including SpO2 and overnight pulse oximetry.
• Complete documentation and billing for rehab sessions and monitoring encounters.
• Assist patients with technology issues on wearables and tablets.
• Collaborate with founders and the technology team to improve the digital care model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology (Master’s preferred).
• ACSM certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 + years experience as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in an in‑person cardiopulmonary rehab facility.
• Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge.
• Self‑driven, able to work with little direction in a fast‑growth startup.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient support.
