Clinical Director - Hospice

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead its North Charleston hospice office, overseeing clinical operations, client services, and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Share full management responsibility for office operations, including client service, clinical operations, budgeting, recruiting, and fiscal management.
• Monitor quality and compliance of services, ensuring staff education, training, and evaluation.
• Strategically plan and budget for growth, oversee marketing and program development, and manage KPIs.
• Hire, develop, and supervise office employees, implement recruitment strategies for field staff, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Represent BAYADA to external groups, agencies, and the public, and monitor accounts receivable and collections.

Required profile

• RN or BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare, preferably home health or hospice.
• Demonstrated record of goal achievement and ability to take on increased responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal, recruiting, and employee‑relations skills.
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Medicare regulations, including OASIS and PPS.
• Familiarity with North Carolina hospice regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, fiscal management, and KPI monitoring.
