Clinical Digital Workflow Consultant

About the role

Drive the design, implementation, and adoption of digital pathology solutions that improve cancer diagnosis workflows, clinical outcomes, and patient care. Serve as a trusted consultant to customers throughout pre‑sales, solution design, implementation, and ongoing service.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current clinical and laboratory workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend operational changes to maximize solution value.
• Configure or oversee configuration of digital pathology solutions to align with customer clinical and operational workflows.
• Partner with customers, account teams, service providers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and long‑term customer success.
• Travel to customer sites as needed, with travel expectations up to 80% of the time.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder healthcare environments.
• Strong laboratory experience; qualified pathologist or deep experience across pathology laboratory and oncology diagnosis workflows.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems, design practical solutions, and build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.

What we offer

• Salary range from $70,000 to $180,000 per year.
