Clinical Data Analyst

About the role

The Clinical Data Analyst is a mid‑level individual contributor supporting the Data Sciences department. You will design, build, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that enhance clinical study data visibility for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of a standard library of reports, dashboards, and visualizations for Data Sciences and other teams.
• Gather and translate cross‑functional requirements into configurable analytical solutions.
• Build, configure, and validate both standard and ad‑hoc reporting solutions for study‑specific use.
• Contribute to the Data Standards Governance Committee and keep standard report templates up to date.
• Support training on new reporting solutions and ensure long‑term maintenance.
• Identify and monitor operational and performance metrics, delivering insights for process improvement.
• Participate in the strategy, integration, and validation of data reporting systems, acting as a technical subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in clinical data analysis or related analytics roles.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate business questions into technical solutions.
• Experience with large data sets and a focus on operational efficiency.
