Regenerative Surgical Specialist – Dallas, TX

About the role

The Regenerative Surgical Specialist works closely with hospitals and clinics, captures new accounts while nurturing existing business within the territory, and identifies the individual needs of clients and patients to deliver a successful experience. This role is part of the Direct Sales team and reports to the Regional Business Director for the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Work with operating rooms, surgeons, clinics and offices to sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind and GraftGuide at applicable burn accounts.
• Manage revenue to meet Kerecis targets, focusing on GPOs, new accounts and expanding existing accounts.
• Conduct in‑services and education for purchasing and OR staff as needed.
• Report sales forecasts and maintain customer data in Pipedrive, Kerecis’ CRM system.
• Educate customers on product reimbursement and use marketing and educational tools.
• Assist the Regional Business Director in developing the go‑to‑market strategy for the territory.
• Travel occasionally to corporate offices and team meetings, with additional travel based on territory geography.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Science or Medical field.
• 5+ years of medical sales experience, preferably selling to operating rooms.
• Proven track record of acquiring new hospital accounts and closing large‑scale contracts with surgeons.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to travel frequently.
• Team player with leadership capabilities.
