Clinical Business Operations Representative – Hybrid

About the role

The Clinical Business Operations Representative (Hybrid) supports daily clinical operations by handling pre‑ and post‑care administrative tasks, managing patient communications, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and verify patient demographic, insurance, and referral information.
• Review clinical records for completeness, including authorizations and signatures.
• Answer multiple telephone lines, triage calls, provide information, and document messages.
• Greet visitors, direct inquiries, and coordinate with physicians, managers, and staff.
• Assist with scheduling, over‑booking management, and order verification for imaging exams.
• Import and export patient images and documents into PACS and UChart systems.
• Contact patients to confirm appointments and provide preparation instructions.
• Support imaging counters with digital study processing and film jacket/CD requests.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; one year of medical experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.

Required skills

• Data entry with minimal errors.
• Familiarity with PACS and UChart systems.
