Clinical Applications Specialist I – Provo

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist I to join its IT team in Provo. Working under senior team members, you will implement, administer and support clinical and ancillary systems, ensuring seamless integration between technology and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support for multiple high‑volume clinical software systems, including troubleshooting, installations, maintenance, testing and documentation.
• Act as a liaison between clinical staff, end‑users and the Clinical Applications team to coordinate application support and drive effective use of technology.
• Collaborate with other IT groups to implement changes, optimizations and system upgrades in compliance with departmental policies.
• Assist with in‑person support during and after system implementations, identify workflow improvement opportunities and document user requirements.
• Participate in department and organization‑wide projects, including information services initiatives and process documentation.

Required profile

• Ability to work under guidance of senior team members and follow documented procedures.
• Strong analytical mindset to review system performance indicators and resolve issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clinical end‑users and technical personnel.
