Clinical Applications Specialist II (IT)

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist II to own and optimize key clinical and ancillary systems. Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, you will act as the primary subject‑matter expert, driving system performance, supporting end‑users, and partnering with clinical leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of assigned clinical applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide Tier III support, including advanced troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, installations, and maintenance during business hours and on‑call periods.
• Lead vendor interactions, escalations, and relationship management for the applications you support.
• Analyze system performance indicators, resolve complex issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional support with other IT teams and act as the escalation point for Analyst I staff.
• Act as liaison between clinical departments, end‑users, and technical personnel, delivering in‑person support during implementations and upgrades.
• Document workflows, change‑management activities, training materials, and status reports in the appropriate systems.

Required profile

• Experience working under the direction of an IT Applications Manager and taking ownership of clinical applications.
• Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and serve as a strategic partner to clinical leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to make independent configuration and design decisions within scope.
