Clinical Applications Trainer (Full-Time)

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a Clinical Applications Trainer to empower clinical staff with the knowledge and confidence to use its healthcare technology effectively. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that support daily workflows and new system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, courses, competency assessments, and clinical workflow documentation.
• Deliver software training sessions to new hires and existing clinical personnel.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support workflow improvements and system implementations.
• Provide on‑site support, troubleshoot application issues, and respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets.
• Provision new clinical users for specialized training and adapt methods to diverse learning styles.
• Identify opportunities to enhance training, workflows, and overall user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Healthcare, Adult Education, Clinical Informatics, Communications, Human Resources, or Information Management.
• At least two years of education or training experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and explain it clearly.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a clinical environment.
