Clinical Advocate – Healthcare Operations Liaison

About the role

The Clinical Advocate in Philips’ RespirTech business acts as the primary bridge between operations, healthcare teams, and field sales. You will ensure smooth order processing, provide exceptional customer support, and help verify medical necessity for reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison among Operations, Healthcare Teams, and Sales to resolve order‑related questions.
• Manage end‑to‑end order processing, including documentation collection, status updates, and pipeline reporting.
• Review medical records and clinical documentation to assess medical necessity and support reimbursement eligibility.
• Partner with providers and internal teams to secure accurate documentation for coverage determination and payment sourcing.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ACHC, contractual obligations, and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or related healthcare roles.
• High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Keyboard proficiency and ability to work across multiple applications simultaneously.
