Client Services Manager – Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager to coordinate high‑quality home care services, manage a caseload, and build community relationships in Williamsport, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• Manage and proactively grow an assigned caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to support, supervise and guide field employees.
• Monitor and manage key business and operational metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior medical office, healthcare, or home‑care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience.
