Client Services Manager – Habilitation

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for its Northeast Philadelphia Habilitation office. This role offers hands‑on experience in client services, operations, team leadership, business development, and caseload management within the I/DD community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support high‑quality services for clients.
• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• Manage and proactively grow your client caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership.
• Monitor key metrics and maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision, support, and resources to field employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior I/DD, habilitation, medical office, or home‑care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility.
• Ambition, initiative, and a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems.
