Client Services Associate – Skilled Nursing

About the role

The Client Services Associate supports a small caseload of skilled‑nursing clients, onboarding field nurses, maintaining compliance, coordinating schedules, and ensuring accurate payroll. This office‑based position connects clients, families, nurses, and clinical leaders to deliver reliable home care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload and coordinate day‑to‑day services for assigned clients.
• Communicate with clients, families, field nurses, referral sources, and office partners.
• Schedule case coverage and support field‑nurse onboarding from offer acceptance to readiness.
• Process payroll accurately for assigned cases and field employees.
• Track onboarding documents, training, credentialing, and compliance items.
• Maintain accurate client, employee, scheduling, payroll, and service records.
• Provide backup support to the Client Services Manager and office leadership.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client‑service, onboarding, compliance, scheduling, and payroll priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced office environment with time‑sensitive requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn scheduling, documentation, payroll, email, and reporting systems.
• Ability to handle confidential client and employee information with discretion.
