Registered Nurse (RN) Substitute School Nurse

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses to fill substitute school nursing assignments across Gloucester County, NJ. You will provide on‑site nursing care for students of all ages, covering short‑term and long‑term vacancies, and may also support one‑on‑one nursing needs and bus runs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Communicate and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team supporting each student.
• Manage medical supplies and ensure proper documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate first‑aid or medical intervention.

Required profile

• Current New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• School Nurse certification or Substitute Nurse certification.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
