Part‑Time Registered Nurse – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA at Inspira is seeking a part‑time Registered Nurse to provide skilled home health visits for clients in Gloucester County, New Jersey. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative and nursing care that enables patients to stay safely at home.

Key responsibilities

• Perform home visits in assigned geographic territories, following each client’s care plan.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures as ordered.
• Monitor client conditions, document observations, and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Complete client assessments, case management, and coordination of care.
• Accurately record all interventions and evaluations using a tablet‑based electronic medical record system.

Required profile

• Current New Jersey RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to client locations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Solid computer skills for documentation on tablet devices.
