Client Service Representative – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, energetic Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets at South Town Animal Hospital. The role blends phone support, front‑desk duties, and appointment coordination while embodying our values of patient‑first, client‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets in person with a calm, welcoming demeanor.
• Answer phone calls confidently and kindly, even during busy periods.
• Schedule appointments using our cloud‑based software.
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.
• Handle prescription refills, medical record requests, and messages between clients and the medical team.
• Manage client check‑ins, payments, and keep the lobby flow smooth.
• Maintain accurate records that reflect high standards of care.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience; veterinary‑med experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a “let’s make it happen” mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Comfort working with phones, computers, and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stay calm, kind, and clear under pressure.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and strong follow‑through.
• Desire to learn, grow, and make every client interaction a good one.
• Warm, upbeat, empathetic personality.
• Team player who balances compassion and efficiency.
• Ability to sit, stand, or wear a headset for extended periods.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred).
