Client Service Associate

About the role

626 Financial, a growing wealth management firm, is looking for a Client Service Associate to provide excellent service to its clients and support advisors in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client requests promptly and accurately.
• Assist advisors with meeting preparation and follow‑up tasks.
• Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements, and other administrative tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the custodian LPL.
• Maintain and update client data in the Redtail CRM system.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Series 65 certification or willingness to obtain it (a plus).
