Client Platform Engineer

About the role

Reliable Robotics is building safety‑enhancing technology for aviation. As a Client Platform Engineer you will join the IT and Security team to design, deploy and manage tools that support internal infrastructure and improve the end‑user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain tools and supporting infrastructure for SaaS, physical and cloud environments.
• Manage in‑office networking, Wi‑Fi, printing and device provisioning.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, automate processes and train teams on new tooling.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for end‑users, including device enrollment and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting business IT needs.
• Strong troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge (VLAN, routing, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience managing in‑office infrastructure and MDM platforms for Apple and Windows devices.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and understanding of SSL certificates and PKI.

Required skills

• MDM tools for macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Windows 11.
• Configuration management (Puppet preferred, Chef, Ansible).
• Cloud services (AWS IAM, EC2, S3, Route 53, SSO, Lambda; GCP basics).
• Virtualization/containerization (KVM, LXC, Docker).
• Development tooling (Git, GitHub, VS Code, pip3).
• Application packaging (MSI, PKG, DEB).
• Google Workspace administration.
