Client Account Manager

About the role

CareerSwift is a technology company focused on simplifying the job search with AI‑powered tools. We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Client Account Manager to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure they receive a positive experience with our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day‑to‑day communication.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and identify appropriate CareerSwift solutions.
• Coordinate client requests and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor account activity and proactively address potential issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records, notes, and account information in internal systems.
• Collect client feedback and communicate insights to product, support, and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, or a related role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
