Claims Payment Processor – Hybrid/Remote

About the role

MAPFRE Century Automotive Service Corporation is seeking a Claims Payment Processor to join its team. The position can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setting based in Albuquerque, NM, supporting the company’s extended warranty and finance & insurance programs.

Key responsibilities

• Process claim reimbursement payments accurately and promptly.
• Review invoices to ensure pricing matches approved claim authorizations.
• Verify that all invoices contain required signatures and documentation.
• Communicate with dealerships and independent repair facilities to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Issue payments via check or credit card according to vendor preferences.
• Maintain and distribute payment records, remittances, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Scan, organize, and preserve electronic records of contracts, repair orders, and payment files.
• Respond to inquiries about claim payment status and assist customers, dealerships, and repair facilities with billing questions.
• Collaborate with team members and support functions to ensure smooth processing.
