About the role

Key responsibilities

• Interact with police officers, detectives, and other officials to investigate shootings and arrests.
• Investigate allegations of improper conduct, interview and depose witnesses, including visits to prisons.
• Assist senior shareholders and associates on case development and trial preparation in Federal Court.

Required profile

• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in civil defense or professional liability.
• Interest in U.S. constitutional issues and defending government entities.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience conducting investigations and witness interviews.
• Ability to work closely with senior attorneys and receive mentorship.
