Key responsibilities

• Support the nationwide implementation of a case management platform for docketing, scheduling, case tracking, and reporting.
• Deliver onsite and virtual training to attorneys, legal staff, and administrative personnel.
• Provide user support during and after deployment, troubleshooting issues and documenting recurring problems.
• Develop knowledge resources and assist users in transitioning to the new case management platform.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience with legal training, training development, or litigation support.
• Experience with Palantir software (preferred).
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% and ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
