Key responsibilities

• Handle general liability matters, including premises, auto, and labor law 240 claims.
• Engage directly with clients and provide meaningful interaction throughout case lifecycles.
• Assist senior shareholders and associates on trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and produce high‑quality legal writing.
• Participate in team‑based case strategy and contribute to collaborative decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil defense, focusing on general liability, premises, auto, and labor law matters.
• Trial experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent written and oral communication, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Desire to work in a mentorship‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
