About the role

Join a collaborative litigation team at a leading civil defense firm, handling high‑exposure cases for Fortune 500 clients. This full‑time associate position offers early responsibility and meaningful exposure on complex casualty matters.

Key responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions for diverse liability cases.
• Draft, argue, and litigate substantive motions from inception to resolution.
• Work on premises, products, rideshare, construction defect, commercial auto/trucking, and other casualty matters.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and receive mentorship throughout case development.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in casualty defense.
• Strong judgment, organization, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent analytical, legal writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases involving multiple claimants and catastrophic losses.
