About the role
The City of Norcross is seeking a visionary municipal leader to serve as City Manager. This senior executive will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with local ordinances, and drive the city’s mission of exceptional public service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day functions of all 12 city departments, including public power utilities.
- Collaborate closely with the Mayor, five‑member City Council, and department heads to set strategic direction.
- Implement policies, ordinances, and sustainability initiatives that support economic growth and a high quality of life.
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with elected officials and community stakeholders.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all city services and programs.
