Children's Mental Health/EASA Therapist & Coordinator

About the role

The Center for Human Development, Inc. seeks a full‑time Children’s Mental Health/EASA Therapist & Coordinator to provide direct treatment services to youth and families in a clinic setting. The role involves assessment, counseling, and coordination of the EASA program for clients ages 12‑25.

Key responsibilities

• Interview clients and families to gather diagnostic information and conduct assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate with schools, agencies, and the crisis team, including emergency interventions.
• Maintain case records, progress notes, and required reports.
• Perform quarterly data duties and participate in EASA conference calls and trainings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Two years of relevant mental‑health experience or equivalent qualification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Willingness to pursue licensure (LCSW/LPC) and CADC certification if not already held.

Required skills

• Experience with DSM‑5 diagnoses and evidence‑based treatment interventions.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic assessments and interpret results.
• Proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans and goals.
