Chief of Staff, Tokenization & Checkout Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a strategic partner to its leadership team for the Tokenization & Checkout Services division. The Chief of Staff will ensure priorities are aligned, processes run efficiently, and communication resonates across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Tokenization & Checkout Services team, managing calendars, town halls, and leadership materials.
• Lead the Weekly Review, gathering updates from team leaders and synthesizing progress on strategic initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to aid decision‑making.
• Develop storyboards and presentations that simplify complex topics and inspire action.
• Partner with leadership on high‑impact, cross‑functional projects and serve as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the capacity to influence senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset with financial acumen to interpret complex data and convey insights.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
• Prior consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte) is strongly preferred.
