Chief of Staff

About the role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a senior individual contributor to work directly with the CEO and C‑suite, translating strategic priorities into actionable decisions and ensuring disciplined execution across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Structure executive forums, clarify trade‑offs, and assign clear ownership, timing, and success metrics.
• Distill complex approvals for the CEO and Board, framing risk/reward and business context.
• Incubate and pressure‑test strategic initiatives, building business cases and transitioning viable work to functional owners.
• Track commitments, surface stalled work, and escalate issues to maintain execution velocity.
• Craft consistent communication to scale strategy and culture beyond the executive room.

Required profile

• 10+ years in infrastructure development, energy, project finance, or related fields.
• Experience working with utilities, banks, and hyperscale customers.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority and give direct feedback to senior leadership.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving complex, multi‑variable problems quickly.

• Strong strategic thinking and operational execution.
• Ability to build, communicate, and defend clear points of view under pressure.
• Excellent judgment in complex business decisions and risk assessment.
