Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – High‑Growth Consumer Wellness Company

About the role

This is a rare executive leadership opportunity to become the Chief Executive Officer of a profitable, high‑growth consumer wellness and lifestyle business based in the United States. You will partner with the Founder, now Chairman, to steer the company through its next scaling phase and expand its global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long‑term growth strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and values.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and strong cross‑functional execution.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing senior leadership team.
• Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams to broaden global reach.
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to drive innovation across wellness, health, coaching, events, and consumer products.
• Strengthen relationships with investors, partners, customers, and the board.
• Define the organizational structure and operating model during the Founder’s transition.
• Champion operational excellence and reinforce company culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience (CEO, COO, Managing Director, or similar).
• Demonstrated success scaling a consumer‑facing or product‑driven business.
• Strong operational, strategic, and financial acumen.
• Experience in wellness, health, FMCG, consumer goods, or related lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
