About the role

LALLEMAND SAS is seeking a dedicated R&D Project Manager to lead poultry nutrition and health projects within its Animal Nutrition division. Reporting to the Head of Applied R&D, you will work in a global R&D team to drive innovative solutions for the poultry sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple R&D projects focused on poultry nutrition and health.
• Coordinate external research collaborations and maintain documentation of existing solutions and innovation pipelines.
• Perform statistical analysis of data from applied research trials.
• Propose innovative concepts addressing nutrition and health challenges.
• Identify experimental facilities and design/evaluate study protocols.
• Write scientific syntheses for internal technical teams.
• Prepare abstracts or full scientific articles for publication.
• Conduct literature reviews related to ongoing projects.
• Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams for validation or field trials and assist with data analysis when needed.

Required profile

• Experience managing R&D projects in poultry nutrition and health.
• Ability to work with external partners and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting research data.
• Excellent scientific writing and communication skills.
