Change Management Specialist

About the role

The Change Management Specialist supports global Field Service initiatives by driving adoption, readiness, and sustained change. You will partner with program teams, field leadership, and stakeholders to apply Prosci‑based change management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Embed within programs to plan and execute change activities using the Prosci 3‑Phase Methodology.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments to shape tailored change strategies.
• Develop integrated change plans covering communications, training, readiness, and reinforcement.
• Coach executive sponsors and managers, providing tools and messages to support their teams.
• Design clear, audience‑appropriate communications and align training for field‑based populations.
• Define and track adoption and readiness indicators, assess intervention effectiveness, and support reinforcement post‑deployment.
• Contribute to GPA change management standards, templates, and community of practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years delivering change management for complex, cross‑functional initiatives, preferably in operational or field‑facing environments.
• Prosci certification strongly preferred with demonstrated ADKAR application.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
