Change Management AI Adoption Expert (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

This senior consulting position supports large enterprises in adopting AI‑powered productivity solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365. The role is bilingual (French and English) and based in the United States, acting as a strategic advisor to translate business priorities into measurable adoption strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of business cases for AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Design and execute enterprise‑level AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption strategies aligned with transformation goals.
• Conduct readiness and change maturity assessments, defining actionable enablement roadmaps.
• Develop and deliver training, skilling, and learning programs across business units.
• Create communication and engagement plans to drive awareness and reduce resistance.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and executive stakeholders to track adoption progress and measure value realization.
• Apply structured change management and Microsoft adoption frameworks to guide implementation.
• Design, interpret, and report adoption metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Facilitate workshops, executive discussions, and stakeholder sessions with clear decision tracking.
• Translate organizational AI readiness concerns into pilots, experiments, and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or organizational change management.
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 or Copilot adoption programs in large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of AI adoption challenges and best practices.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
