About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to work the day shift in Little Rock. This full‑time, regular position offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and the opportunity to provide critical respiratory care within a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy services to in‑patients, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring.
- Operate and maintain ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and other respiratory equipment.
- Perform arterial blood gas analysis and document patient responses accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop and adjust care plans.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection‑control protocols.
Required profile
- Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Availability to work day‑shift hours.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
