About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide home health visits in Fairfax, VA and surrounding areas. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative care and skilled nursing, helping clients remain safely at home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy visits in clients' homes across the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and other health professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Travel throughout the designated region to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Virginia.
• Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program or have equivalent experience and certification.
• Minimum one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
