About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to provide compassionate care to adult and geriatric clients in Wilmington and surrounding areas. You will work directly in clients' homes, helping with daily activities and supporting their independence.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
- Provide light housekeeping, medication reminders, and range‑of‑motion exercises.
- Support client mobility with transfers, ambulation assistance, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of work experience (any field).
- Current CNA license or proof of HHA certification with at least 75 training hours (out‑of‑state licenses accepted).
