About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate in‑home care for clients in Spring Lake. You will join a respected home‑care team where your contributions are valued and supported.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Support mobility through ambulation assistance, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Perform vital sign checks, oral feeding, and medication assistance.
- Conduct range‑of‑motion exercises and other therapeutic activities.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year work experience in a caregiving role.
- Certificate of at least 75 hours of CNA training.
- Current CNA license in good standing with the state board.
