Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Home Care Clients

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Assistive Care team to provide one‑on‑one support for adults living at home. You will follow a written plan of care created by a registered nurse and help clients stay safe, independent, and comfortable.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and encourage proper nutrition.
• Guide range‑of‑motion exercises and other prescribed activities.
• Support ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices when needed.
• Offer medication reminders and perform basic vital‑sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).

Required profile

• Follow a written plan of care developed by a registered nurse.
• Deliver personal, household, and companion care to adults in a home setting.
