Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

About the role

Advantia Health is seeking a full‑scope Certified Nurse Midwife to provide comprehensive maternity and women’s health services across its practices in Frederick, Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Damascus, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including management of high‑risk pregnancies (diabetes, hypertension, etc.).
• Perform well‑woman exams, family planning, and uncomplicated gynecological care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds and blood work.
• Maintain active hospital delivery privileges and collaborate with physicians on acute and chronic illness management.

Required profile

• Certification as a Nurse Midwife (CNM) by the AMCB and active RN license.
• Master’s degree or higher in nursing with a midwifery specialization.
• Active DEA number and at least 5 years of relevant experience (sign‑on bonus may apply).
